Duties:  A Designer will assist on all aspects of architectural design and documentation working within a multi-discipline project team of architects and engineers. This work will include architectural production work, such as drafting and 3D modeling maintaining project files. Travel to local and out of state projects for the purposes of scoping existing conditions or observing construction is an applicable part of the job.

Skills:  Designers will assist a Project Manager with a range of duties including creating computer models, drafting, applying process knowledge as part of a clients program. A successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of the major 3D modeling software including AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT and SketchUp. This position requires excellent communication skills to work within the team and communicate with the Project Managers. The position is in a team environment coordinating with in-house engineering as well as the ability to facilitate work flow between different disciplines.

  • Scope Trips and Post Scope Documents - May travel to conduct site assessments of projects and then complete assigned post scope trip documents.
