Job Position: Full time Intern Architect.

Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program with interest in attaining licensure.

Job Description: The Intern Architect will work under the direct supervision of licensed architects to produce documents needed for projects from pre-design phase through construction phase. Documents would include drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, as well as project correspondence and construction administration documents. The Intern Architect will attend meetings with clients, consultants, and builders and must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.

CJC heavily utilizes building information modeling (BIM) in all project phases. Candidates should be proficient in fundamental 2D CAD drafting , 3D computer modeling, and BIM software techniques and concepts and will be trained in the use of BIM software for the production of documents.

Project Manager - Site Surveys

SGA is seeking a Project Manager for our Tulsa office. The selected candidate will travel to conduct site assessments of projects and then complete assigned post-scope trip documents.  Other responsibilities include project management, scheduling and CD production.  This role requires extensive travel expected at 60-70%.  Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design or formal program of CAD/Revit training.
